  3. Quality Issues: If there are verifiable defects in the coating application, such as peeling, bubbling, or improper adhesion, and these issues are reported within 30 days of the service date, we will address them by offering a reapplication or a refund, at our discretion.
  4. Accidental Damage by Our Team: If any damage occurs to your vehicle during the ceramic coating process and it is proven to be caused by our team, we will cover the costs of repair or provide a refund equivalent to the repair costs.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The vehicle must not have been altered or modified after the service was performed.
  • The complaint must be documented with photographs and a detailed description of the issue.
  • The vehicle must be returned to our facility for inspection, if necessary.
  • Refund requests must be made within the specified time frames mentioned in this policy.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, severe weather, or misuse is not covered by our refund policy.

  5. Third-Party Interference: Any work done by third-party service providers or application of incompatible products will disqualify you from a refund.
